These are the ground rules for working with XMR Solution. Short, honest, no surprises.
There is one system. It costs $1,500 to set up and $197 every 4 weeks to run. You pick how you pay for the setup:
Some offers skip the setup fee and the term entirely. The 12-month term and the $1,500 early-cancel fee only apply if your checkout page showed them. If your checkout said "No setup" or "Cancel anytime", you have no term and owe nothing if you leave.
The setup covers the work we do in week one: building your site, setting up and optimizing your Google Business Profile, and installing the follow-up system. That work is the same either way. Only the payment shape changes.
Billing starts on the day your site goes live and renews every 4 weeks, which is 13 payments a year. We use Stripe. On the no-term option the $1,500 setup is charged once, on your first invoice, together with your first payment. If you signed up before September 26, 2026, you stay on monthly billing at the price you signed up at.
Give it 60 days from the day your site goes live. If it hasn't brought you work, email us and we'll cancel it. You keep the website. We don't take it back, we don't bill you the setup fee, and the 12-month term does not apply. This is the one exception to everything below, and it only exists inside those first 60 days.
No refunds on billing periods already served. When you cancel we stop billing at the end of the current cycle. Your site stays live for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to move it.
The $1,500 setup fee is non-refundable once the build has started, because it pays for work already done.
Email us with at least 7 days notice. We stop billing at the end of the current cycle, the site stays up for 30 days so you can move hosting, and after that it comes down unless you take it over.
If you're on the 12-month term and you cancel before month 12 (and you're past the 60-day guarantee), the $1,500 setup fee we waived becomes due and we'll charge the card on file. That's the trade: we skipped the setup fee because you agreed to the 12 months. Nothing else is owed — we don't bill you for the remaining months.
We can't guarantee specific marketing results. Getting jobs depends on your offer, your prices, your local market, and how fast you reply. We give you the tools. You commit to using them.
We do our best, but we're a small shop. Our total liability to you is capped at whatever you've paid us in the last 3 months. No consequential damages, no lost profits claims. Standard small-business terms.
If we ever disagree about something, we'll try to figure it out over email first. If we can't, disputes are handled under Illinois law (where XMR is based). No class actions.
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Big changes get an email if you're on our list.
