These are the ground rules for working with XMR Solution. Short, honest, no surprises.
For the $2,997 build, full payment is due upfront before work begins. For the $297/mo plan, billing starts on the day your site goes live and renews monthly. We use Stripe.
$2,997 build: if we haven't started yet (no files generated, no content sent), full refund. Once we've started, no refund. We've already done the work.
$297/mo plan: no refunds on past months. Cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Site stays live for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to migrate.
For the monthly plan: email us with at least 7 days notice. We'll stop billing at the end of the current cycle. The site stays up for 30 days so you can move hosting. After that, it comes down unless you take over.
We can't guarantee specific marketing results. Getting jobs depends on your offer, your prices, your local market, and how fast you reply. We give you the tools. You commit to using them.
We do our best, but we're a small shop. Our total liability to you is capped at whatever you've paid us in the last 3 months. No consequential damages, no lost profits claims. Standard small-business terms.
If we ever disagree about something, we'll try to figure it out over email first. If we can't, disputes are handled under Illinois law (where XMR is based). No class actions.
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Big changes get an email if you're on our list.
